About Us

KCL Support is a student-built ticketing website created as part of a university group project. It was designed to provide a simple and organised way for students to raise issues and receive support through one central system.

This website is not an official King's College London platform. It is a coursework project developed for academic purposes to demonstrate the design and implementation of a support ticketing system.

What the website can do

  • Allow students to create support tickets.
  • Let students track the status of their submitted tickets.
  • Allow students and staff to reply within ticket discussions.
  • Help staff manage and respond to assigned tickets.
  • Support administrative oversight of users and system activity.
  • Provide notifications to keep users updated on ticket activity.
  • Organise support requests in a clearer and more structured way.

Project Purpose

The aim of this project is to explore how a digital support system can improve communication, organisation, and efficiency in a university-style environment. It also demonstrates teamwork, software development, and user-focused design as part of the group project.
