Go to the homepage and click “Create ticket”. You can also use the navbar to do so.
After logging in, use “View my tickets” to see all tickets you submitted and their current status.
Open means it hasn't been picked up yet, In progress means someone is working on it, and Closed means it has been resolved.
If editing is available, open the ticket and use the edit/update option. If not, add extra details by replying/commenting on the ticket (or create a follow-up ticket referencing the original).
Include a clear title, what you were trying to do, what happened instead, any error messages, and (if relevant) screenshots and the page you were on.
